Fairly clean accommodation, incredibly nice and very pleasant staff from doorman to room attendant. Spacious room with great view and seaview, as for instance. Tasty breakfast to star a day with the spread of local and the various food, for instance.

Fantastic location. Good value.
Service provided is below expectation. Requested for a bucket of ice and did not arrive after an hour although repeated calls were made. When arrived, the staff shoved the ice bucket to me demonstrating his unhappiness and without a word of apology.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. The basics were fine.
Breakfast. Margerine!! Eeeyuck. Can I even put this in my body? Creamer instead of milk? Yuck. Selection of food was poor and cheapskate. Fridge not working. TV only showed a snowstorm. Room service stops at 10.30.

The lounge area was great, and having an iron in the room was convenient. The service was excellent, and our breakfast was tasty with a variety of delicious local food. The hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the Johor Art Gallery.

As me and my wife check in, they upgraded my room to deluxe seaview,the room is very roomy,super comfortable...big swimming pool,but the parking area is a bit far from hotel building and a bit old.anyway, it is super duper tip top class hotel in JB.
